Pigeons in metropolitan cities have been forced to adapt to our urbanized environment. It is rare when we happen upon the flighty, skinny pigeons we remember from the past; they are now chubby and fearless of people. I created this piece in order to depict how adaptation happens all around us–even in the unfamiliar world of pigeons.
